Re-cap of July

Since July is our busiest month, I take the most pictures...hence this post. If you don't have a lot of time right now, you might need to look at this post later.

The Godfrey family took our annual vacation, this year to Twin Lakes. We played so hard it took me three days to catch back up on sleep. We had a good time!

The Don Godfrey reunion included watermelon busting and Weston as the KING! A major slip and slide with dish detergent, train rides and an afternoon of catching up.

Hyde Park Founder's Day Parade, after we went to my mom's for lunch and some sliding. What else is there to do when it is this hot.

Swimming lessons was also packed into July, well worth it, but we're glad to be done.

Last, but not least, my older brother, Mitch, got married in June. Heather is a the best and we are so glad to have her.

Summertime

We camped at Bear Lake over the 4th of July and froze! There were some that braved the water, but not for long.

Weston's Coach Pitch team, I don't have any pictures of him playing, because I was pitching. I keep getting roped into coaching, luckily my sister Tiffany helped me, but at least he still thinks I am cool enough and likes me to.

Paige's T-Ball team.

Weston lost his front tooth. He wanted it out one night and even though it wasn't ready he twisted until it bled then had me yank on it. It wouldn't come, so he let his dad twist it until it was stuck sideways, then two good yanks (painful, I know) and it finally came out. Paige was so happy for him she put some money under his pillow too, he told everyone that he got money from the Tooth Fairy and from Tooth Paige.

Anna and Owen turned 3 this year. It seems like yesterday we were feeding, burping, and not sleeping. They play so good together now, that I claim it is my payback for the first year of their life. Besides Owen's obsession with how he looks, they are fairly easy. They love to play Mom and Dad together. They haul babies around here and take care of them all day, until dad gets home. Then Owen becomes his shadow and I don't exist.

The Palmer's always spoil these kids. Anna asked for ladies, Barbies, and ponies, so she got her first Barbie from the Palmers.

Owen saw this rope at IFA with Tyler a couple of weeks ago. We knew we were giving him this roping dummy and a rope for his birthday so his dad told him he couldn't get the rope. He continued to plead with him, to no avail. Then they walked out on the grass to wait for me to pick them up (they like to spend too much time there) and Owen says to Tyler, "Dad, let's just talk about this."

Her lady and pony.

Always a ham.

Tyler's mom got the award for Citizen of the Year and we attended the flag raising ceremony to see her get the award.
