Respect for our Elders

I don't have any pictures to post, just a funny story I need to write down before I forget, or embellish it.

Sunday at church we were sitting there in sacrament meeting, listening to announcements and the older gentleman, by the name of Kenny leaned up and started to kind of tease my kids. Some of you from Clarkston, may know to whom I am referring, he used to drive bus. Anyway, the kids were teasing back with him. He would call the boys girls, and they would call him a Grandma. Well, we reined them in and got everyone back in order and made it through the sacrament, when Kenny leaned forward and whispered to Weston, "That sure is a pretty dress you have on." Weston got this really thoughtful look on his face and looked at Kenny, then at me, then back at Kenny and with a huge smile on his face he said, "That sure is a beautiful bra you have on!" Man was he proud, beaming from ear to ear, he looked over at me and I did my best to fake mad look while laughing on the inside. I'm pretty sure my shoulders were shaking. Next FHE... respecting our elders, even when they tease us.

Good one Weston! That was pretty quick. I hope Kenny thought it was as funny as you!

How funny. Zeb got a pretty good kick out of it. P.S. I can't wait to be neighbors.

You need to post pictures of your vacation... Kenny was the scariest bus driver ever! He would always poke people with his half cut off pointer finger, ewww.
